4 Full Veterinary Exams (Every 3-4 weeks, Includes wellness check-ups)

Vaccinations

**Kitten**

  • FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia, Chlamydia)

  • Rabies (1st Dose)

**Puppy**

  • 4 DHPP (Series) (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza)

  • 2 Leptospirosis (series)

  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough) (1yr Dose)

  • Rabies (1yr Dose)

Preventative Care:

  • Deworming (Administered as needed)

  • Fecal Test (At 1st or Final vists)

  • (Kitten) Triple Test (Feline Leukemia Virus,

  • Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, and Feline Heartworm Disease)

  • (Puppy) Heartworm test

Recommendations:

  • Spay/Neuter: Schedule your pets procedure as they grow

  • Microchipping: Ensure your pet has a permanent ID for safety
